Terms and Conditions – r789 Pakistan Gaming Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and r789 ("the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") in connection with your use of the r789 website, mobile application and all associated services available at r789.vin.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit or participating in any game or betting activity on r789, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users and any person who accesses or uses any part of the platform in any manner.

r789 reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any stage. If a player is found to be under the age of 18, the account will be immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and the matter may be referred to appropriate authorities. By registering, you confirm and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Providing false information during registration is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only on r789. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held within them.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number and any other details required during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. r789 is not liable for issues arising from outdated or inaccurate account information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username, password or one-time passcode with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact r789 support immediately.

• Accounts are non-transferable and cannot be sold, gifted or assigned to another person.
• r789 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide these documents when requested may result in account suspension.
• Any activity carried out through your account — whether by you or by someone who accessed your account with or without your permission — is your responsibility.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

r789 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer and other mobile wallets as listed on the Deposit page. All balances, transactions and game stakes are displayed in PKR.

You may only deposit funds into your r789 account from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Depositing funds from accounts belonging to other individuals — including family members — is not permitted. r789 may request evidence that the payment method belongs to you before processing a withdrawal.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the Deposit page at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically within a few hours for JazzCash and Easypaisa and within one to three business days for Bank Transfer.
• r789 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. This may include requesting proof of identity or proof of the payment method used.
• Deposits made using promotional bonus funds are subject to the specific bonus terms associated with each offer.

r789 does not charge any internal fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges which are outside of our control. Please check with your bank or wallet provider for any applicable fees on their end.

Any funds in your account represent a balance held for gaming purposes only. r789 is not a financial institution and your account balance does not earn interest. You should not use your r789 account as a general storage facility for funds.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

General bonus conditions that apply across all r789 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Eligibility criteria are stated on each promotion page.
• Bonuses may carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier that indicates how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly on each offer.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on r789 — including live casino tables, slot games, sports betting markets and any other format — operate according to their respective game rules as displayed within the game interface. You are responsible for familiarising yourself with the rules of any game before placing bets.

• All bets are final once confirmed. r789 does not reverse settled bets except in cases of a verified technical error that demonstrably affected the game outcome.
• In the event of a game or stream disconnection during a live session, r789 will resolve the round based on the official recorded result where available. In cases of genuine technical failure, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned at r789's discretion.

• r789 reserves the right to void any bet where it is determined that the outcome was affected by a software fault, data feed error or any form of market manipulation.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on r789 and will result in immediate account suspension, closure and forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

r789 actively monitors account activity for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. If suspicious activity is detected, r789 may place a temporary hold on an account pending investigation. During any investigation, withdrawals may be paused until the review is complete.

8 Responsible Gaming

In the event of account closure due to a Terms breach, r789 reserves the right to withhold any bonus funds and associated winnings. Deposits made in genuine good faith prior to the breach may be refunded at r789's discretion following a review.

11 Limitation of Liability

r789 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available, secure and functioning correctly, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times.

• r789 is not liable for any losses arising from technical issues, connectivity failures, third-party service outages or events outside of our reasonable control.
